1. Who is responsible

The controller is Vladimir Grabulov PR, consulting services GBV Business Integrity, Belgrade-Savski Venac (tax ID: [PIB], registration number: [registration number], address: [address]). For any question about your data: vgrabulov@gbv.rs.

2. What data we process

• Contact form data: name, company or firm, work email, phone, your role, preferred contact method and the content of your message.
• Email and phone correspondence, if you contact us directly.
• Technical server logs (IP address, time and page requested), kept by the hosting provider for security and reliable operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Website security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest.
• Meeting legal obligations if an engagement follows (accounting, records): legal obligation.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation, and no longer than [period, e.g. 24 months] after the last contact, unless an engagement follows, in which case data is kept as required by the contract and the law.

5. Who has access

Only Vladimir Grabulov accesses the data. It is processed technically by the hosting and email provider (Orion telekom tim d.o.o., Belgrade) as a processor under a contract. We do not pass data to third parties unless the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send your request to vgrabulov@gbv.rs. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs).

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to data is restricted. Please do not send sensitive details or documents through the form; we will agree on a secure channel in the first conversation.

8. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
