Why counsel bring me in
Lawyers establish facts from documents and interviews. I add what those cannot show: what the accounting records and the systems say actually happened – a vendor created days before the tender, invoices approved by the person who chose the supplier, payments outside agreed terms. I find the inconsistency in the data, document it, and put it to the person in the interview – with counsel, under privilege.
Counsel know what has to be proven. I know where in the books the proof is – and how to get it on record.
I have given expert testimony before a Serbian court; in arbitration I act as party-appointed or consulting expert.
How we work together
Engaged by the firm or by your client, structured with counsel so that privilege is protected where the law allows. Conflict check first; NDA and a two-page engagement letter before any document changes hands. I do the work myself, you see every draft first, and specialists are coordinated into one report – in English or Serbian.

When a case turns on the numbers, a court will not take a party’s word for what the accounts show. It needs an independent expert who establishes the facts from the records, calculates what is owed under documented assumptions and defends the calculation under cross-examination.
A court-appointed expert answers the court’s questions on the evidence before it. An independent expert engaged through your counsel secures the evidence, finds what the data shows, quantifies the claim or the defence, tests the other side’s figures – and says early whether the case holds. The work starts with a fixed-fee assessment; the scope and fee of every further step are agreed in advance. Your counsel leads; the expert reports to counsel, under privilege where the law allows.
